No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. This excludes service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our messaging platform and phone carriers.
Your photographs
Your session images are private. We store them securely and share them only with you through a password-protected gallery or the products you order.
We never post, publish, or use your images in our marketing without your separate written consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time for future use by contacting us. Images already printed or posted before you withdraw may take time to remove.
How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the studio, and only as needed for that work:
• Booking, CRM, email, and text messaging (such as GoHighLevel and HoneyBook).
• Payment processing (such as Square and our payment-plan providers).
• Photo gallery hosting and print or album labs.
• Advertising and analytics (such as Meta).
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to show relevant Haus of Her ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may collect information about your activity on our site under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep information
We keep personal information as long as needed to provide our services, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

• Text: reply STOP to any message.

Age requirement
